yeah, supposedly if the DNS cannot  be traced back then 
messages  are  rejected, although i'm not certain if that was the 
only filtering being used

however I think some  fine-tuning has gone on since the filtering  
first kicked in, and definitely  less of my posts  are rejected now. 
The  problems I had starting  around one month ago lasted for 
maybe 2 weeks but  now for example I can post from my service 
provider account using webmail again
