Aigh.  Ok, so they're cheaper than I recalled 8)

Should also mention that cleaning tapes cost about the same as data
tapes, are non-rewindable (ie. can't be abused, seem to last for 10+
cleaning cycles), and that most good DDS units will tell you when they
need to be cleaned (usage, not time), and in some cases will insist on
being cleaned before you can use them again, eg. the Sony units.
