Hi, Why doesn't FreeBSD (2.2.5) include gcvt(3), which converts a floating-point number to a string? I need this one in order to use YACL (http://www.cs.sc.edu/~sridhar/yacl.html) on my FreeBSD system. On a completely different issue; your font documentation states there is no truetype support for X available. To use truetype fonts you can use the Freetype library. ImageMagick 4.0 for instance, has support for the current Freetype library. Freetype(-current) can be found at: ftp://ftp.physiol.med.tu-muenchen.de/pub/freetype/devel/ A TrueType fontserver for X can be found at: ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/X11/fonts/ Enjoy, --Jeroen <albast@xs4all.nl>
