If you go through the proper channels at MCI, you never have to deal with
the local geeks.  Come on Chris, we both dealt with getting mbone from MCI
in the past when you were still at webspan, and I was handling inna.net.
You just put a request in, and the nice wo/man with the multicast clue
calls you and asks you a few basic questions, tells you what they need for
you to do on your end, and blammo, instant mbone.
