This makes a few things so much easier... I have a couple of requests for the err(3) family: - possibility to specify a prefix string (e.g. pid) - possibility to provide a user-defined function that returns a pointer to a prefix string (e.g. date and time, thread) If nobody objects, I'll put both those features in myself.
