I don't know much about peltiers but it seems to me that they are run with electricity and it transfers the heat from on side to the other... I'm not sure what to do with it one it gets the the other side, perhaps something that could hold 15 minutes of heat and still have room for more, something expendable. and like I said before if you UNDERCLOCK a CPU then they will create less heat and use less power so a minscule amount of heat isn't a problem if you put it into something expendable or at least something that isn't part of the computer, say a large heat sink. Who cares if the heat sink is REALLY hot after 15 minutes as long as the CPU is still cool...
