If someone ever _does_ decide to jump through those hoops [1], this
delta can simply be backed out.

[1] One possible set of hoops suggested by wollman is to load kernel
support for every filesystem type that mount(8) attempts to mount.
Then the vfc_flags of the filesystem type can be inspected for the
presence of the VFCF_NETWORK flag. If the flag exists, skip the
filesystem (and all others of that type) and unload kernel support.
I don't like this approach. :-)
