	When a ping is started, ping tries to resolve the host. When the
	host can not be resolved or resolves very slowly, ping doesn't
	do anything when it receives a SIGINT.
>How-To-Repeat:
	Ping a host in a domain of which you're sure the nameservers are
	down or unreachable.
