I've committed a [subject] in doc/en*/articles/pr-guidelines. It
should be on the website within twelve hours at the following URL:
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/articles/pr-guidelines/
The article is mostly a summary of the discussions that took place on
the old list early this year (or was it late last year?) I'd like to
hear everybody's comments and suggestions before I list it on the docs
and news pages.
I'd like to thank Hiten Pandya for putting the article together and
for his patience with yours procrastinatingly.
