to compare sparse file handling with FreeBSD 10.2R and 14.0R

I will close this report with my final research.
    #
    # Summary
    #   'rsync --sparse' always evaluate whole file again.
    #   'cat' and 'cp' are changed to keep original sparse condition
    #   structure (maybe) from 10.2R to 14.0R.
