  I am just now getting back from a long hiatus from FreeBSD, but my
source code has on lines 902,903,and 904 in the above mentioned file 
references to tv_sec not ts_sec, and I just looked at the source files on
ftp.freebsd.org and they have the same as mine, the question is why is
your mkfs.c file different than mine and the file on ftp.freebsd.org?
