Thats because the 3c575 doesn't have anything to do with the 'ed' driver.

Since this is a cardbus card you'll need to look at -CURRENT, which has
something like cardbus support.  I suspect that the 'xl' driver may
support this card in -CURRENT as well.  If it doesn't you may have to
figure out what bits to add to allow the driver to work with it.
