I have a laptop with vmware that has a problem with internal speaker beeps with certain OS's.
I am trying to find a way to disable to internal speaker from within FreeBSD to get rid of these anoying
beeps every once in a while they are loud and bothersome. Any ideas?
I have a Dell Latitude D620 and there is no bios setting for the internal speaker and I really don't want to open it up just to unplug the speaker.
