I'll tell you that the lack of ELF was one reason that I didn't agressive try to get an OI 4.5 released when it came time to do so on Linux. Then Politics got in the way..... The shared libraries on FreeBSD are a dream to build. The ones on Linux (non-elf) are a drug-induced nightmare of epic proportions. Warner
