Same prob, same config here (xorg 7.2, /usr/local X11BASE). I don't use ldap and got away with adding MOZ_OPTIONS+= --disable-ldap to the Makefile. Do you have /usr/X11R6 symlinked to /usr/local? If so, can you attach files to outgoing messages more than once without it coredumping?
