Hi, you can have a look at this page: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios111/fp111rn/aux1 11rn.htm#xtocid679929 the most important thing to do is change the port speed to 115200 unless you have a lot of time on your hands. If you do a search for "console upgrade xmodem 3600" on the cisco site you should find some more pages but the older ones seem to go into more detail.
