This is a combination of me getting ahead of myself by making a non-default version of textproc/py-docutils and devel/glib20 specifying rst2man:textproc/py-docutils in MANPAGES_BUILD_DEPENDS. It's because only /usr/local/bin/rst2man-3.12 is installed in py312-docutils-0.21.2,1.pkg. This occurs because I have set BUILD_ALL_PYTHON_FLAVORS=1, and it is not a problem... probably :) To make it more reliable, it might be better to bump the revision of the USE_PYTHON=concurrent ports.
