And this is why I could not find the other PR :)

Read your commit mail, and notice my adding the <filename> around
our mkisofs files.  Before 2 weeks ago, mkisofs had no pkg-descr
and thus using <filename> led to 404's when reading the handbook.

joe@ has done me a huge favour by giving me a repo copy of the
required pkg-descr file, and thus ending the 404s.
