Any help would be greatly >> appreciated. I have a MO in operation. But "real" usage works only up to a capacity of 540 MBytes. The reason for this behaviour is, that the sector size is 512 Bytes up to this size. Larger MOs use 2048 Bytes / sector. On any attempt to use "disklabel" the kernel complains badly about wrong sizes.
