running current as of yesterday on a thinkpd t41 picked up a sandisk cruzer 128mb usb disk stick. it looks ok from winxp plug it in, the stick's led lights up syslog sez umass0: SanDisk Corporation Cruzer Mini, rev 2.00/1.04, addr 2 da0 at umass-sim0 bus 0 target 0 lun 0 da0: <Generic STORAGE DEVICE 1.04> Removable Direct Access SCSI-0 device da0: 40.000MB/s transfers da0: 125MB (256000 512 byte sectors: 64H 32S/T 125C) fdisk da0 either locks up or causes reboot with no disk flowers savecore: no dumps found any pointers on how to best debug? randy
