Synopsis: newsyslog disobeys -F flag State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: roam State-Changed-When: Mon May 27 07:25:33 PDT 2002 State-Changed-Why: It turns out that I had already fixed this bug in both --CURRENT and -STABLE; however, the submitter was tracking a security branch, which did not (and will not) have the fix merged.
