I'd note that you need at least japanese and possiably korean if you
want to have all the dependancies work.  There is a conversion library
of some sort that lives in ports/japanese that is required by
non-japanese ports.  I found this because I didn't cvsup non-english
ports and portupgrade complained about a lack of this dependancy.  I
suspect this port should be moved.
