HI All,

I have a gateway box running 4.0-release. Everything is working fine
except one thing: when I telnet or ftp to the other LAN boxes, it looks
the DNS first. I am positive that I have the /etc/hosts file set right
and /etc/host.conf in the right order -- hosts first then bind.

When I ping or ssh , it is right -- it does refer the /etc/hosts file.
But not telnet and ftp.

ANy ideas?
