Stanley, are you sure you're upgrade went as planned? If you're running 4.5,
you should be running 8.3.1-REL, which is in /usr/src/contrib/bind. Check
the Version file in there. Bind 8.2.4-REL is relatively old, and may have
some holes in it. I'm not sure if
http://www.isc.org/products/BIND/bind-security.html is up to date or not,
but ISC recommends 8.3.1 as well.
