  Log:
  The first wave of sucking tutorials and other stray documents into
  the skeletal user/admin manual.  In the SGML directory, files
  beginning with "m_" are part of either the user or admin manual (which
  may eventually be merged into document with two parts).  No new
  documentation is represented in this commit.
  
  Names of the original authors of all files have been maintained and
  appear at the beginning of the relevant sections.
  
  Much work remains to be done in the areas of:
  1) relevance-to-current-reality checking
  2) cross referencing
  3) consistency in the ue of the DTD
  4) consistency in style
