nvmecontrol: Display Metadata and Sanitize capabilities of the device

Determine if a device supports "Extended" or "Separate" metadata, and
what the current metadata setting is (None, Extended, Separate)

Also determine if the device supports:
      - Sanitize Crypto Erase
      - Sanitize Block Erase
      - Sanitize Overwrite
