Download it at: : ftp://ftp.blender.nl/pub/blender2.03-freebsd-3.4-i386.tar.gz : And use egypt.blend from ftp://ftp.blender.nl/pub/demo20.tgz : press 'p' to start Playing, use cursor keys to run around in this level. : You'll know if it's accellerated or not (I have 'swap>200', you should : see swap<10 or something). Urgh. I guess it's time to eat lots of humble pie. :-( I get inbetween 50 and 90 which obviously isn't right, and on further investigation it looks like DRI isn't working properly. Having installed X again just to be on the safe side incase I missed something; my X servers not too happy now, so sorry folks for whats turned into a false alarm. Will have to play with it more, when I have time to fix what I break.
