I let my system compile a new world last night and also made a new ELF kernel
(last one was from 2 January)

and this is what I got on booting:

rc.i386 configuring syscons: keyrate blank_time screensaverld: /kernel:
malformed input file (not rel or archive)
modload: /usr/bin/ld: return code 1
 moused.

I have literally no clue what this means... Is this the lkm/ld transition ?
