There should be some fixes going in tonight. I have been getting frustrated
(probably because I take this so seriously) about the me too bug reports. Truly
I have been working long long hours, over the entire holiday to fix the
bugs that I had admittedly created. I am very tired, and intensely trying
to fix the problem. Sorry if I came across as "cross", but -current is
something to be very gentle with until I get the (my) problems fixed.

I find that any delay in information about -current can "hose" me also. So,
unless you are not running -current actively, I suggest subscribing to the
regular mailing list, and using procmail to split it off for review so you
can get the info immediately when you are ready to try an up-to-date -current.
(That is how I manage the 600+ messages/day that I have to wade through.)

You are wise avoiding use of -current in production, but some people have to use
it and that is one reason that I am frank about breakage when I know about
it. It is best for me to be straightforward about it, rather than hide it,
and have users even more angry :-). (I'd rather cause people to be frustrated
with me, rather than them being angry at the entire project, because we might
appear that we (or I) don't care about the users or the codebase.)
