less than 1 second, can't tell the difference after killall -HUP sendmail

These are the numbers of the box i have the most problems with:
CPU states:  0.0% user,  0.0% nice,  0.4% system,  1.2% interrupt, 98.4% idle
Mem: 75M Active, 18M Inact, 18M Wired, 7276K Cache, 6949K Buf, 3076K Free
Swap: 128M Total, 20M Used, 108M Free, 15% Inuse
