A quick and dirty backport to 6.2-STABLE (only one slight difference
there), solved the panic I was seeing with my Vodafone UMTS/etc. card.
Insert the card (GENERIC kernel, with or without ubsa(4) loaded) and
removal of the card, would panic the system.  This no longer is the case
with this patch. Panic here:
