Yes, 3.4-RELEASE, Apache-1.3.9 and DSO mod_perl-1.21 port.

The same software listed above worked great untill I upgraded from 3.2 to 3.4, 
BTW I tried to rebuild mod_perl by hands, outside the port
tree, so it's not mod_perl nor Apache issue, I strongly
suspect it's perl configuration problem.

I'll try to compile mod_perl static, but I would like to get
DSO version working.
