I'm trying to install TeleTraffic Tapper on my FreeBSD 4.3 box. Several
programs must be installed before TTT :
 - Tcpdump
 - Tcl/Tk
 - BLT

When i ran ./configure BLT, i always get error messages like this :
checking for tclConfig.sh... ../tcl8.0.5/unix/tclConfig.sh
checking for tkConfg.sh... ../tk8.0.5/unix/tkConfig.sh
Can't find tcl library

I'm desperate to find the problem. Could anyone please give me some advice?
