I've recently run into a problem on one of my systems where I have run out of available PTYs. It is a multiuser system, but not a terribly large one. As far as I can tell from reading available documentation the limit for PTYs, as configured in the kernel, is 64. How could this be? I know there are tons of systems out there with a great deal more users than mine. Any information is greatly appreciated. -- Brian Weiss <brian@got.net> http://www.got.net/~brian To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
