https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D235325 Bug ID: 235325 Summary: After applied last patches to 11.2-p8 one of both ix* interfaces reported no carrier and no chance to be bring up Product: Base System Version: 11.2-RELEASE Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Many People Priority: --- Component: kern Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: misho@elwix.org Created attachment 201536 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=3D201536&action= =3Dedit dmesg When upgraded system from FreeBSD 11.2-RELEASE to FreeBSD 11.2-RELEASE-p8 o= ne of both ix* interfaces reported no carrier and these ports can't be able to bring up anymore! No matter is how they will be configured. Like ethernet interfaces with addresses or like members in the LAGG interface. On both servers I have set hw.ix.unsupported_sfp=3D1 and they are with tota= lly the same configurations. ix0: <Intel(R) PRO/10GbE PCI-Express Network Driver, Version - 3.2.12-k> po= rt 0x6020-0x603f mem 0xc7d80000-0xc7dfffff,0xc7e04000-0xc7e07fff irq 26 at dev= ice 0.0 numa-domain 0 on pci3 ix0: Using MSI-X interrupts with 9 vectors ix0: Ethernet address: 0c:c4:7a:a3:26:d4 ix0: PCI Express Bus: Speed 5.0GT/s Width x8 ix0: netmap queues/slots: TX 8/2048, RX 8/2048 ix1: <Intel(R) PRO/10GbE PCI-Express Network Driver, Version -
