Garrett added prototypes to sys/statvfs.h for two functions.
It appears that some configure scripts pick up the prototypes
and then assume the functions exists.  I was able to build
archiver/rpm by deleting the declarations at the end of
sys/statvfs.h, but I don't know if rpm is actually functioning
correctly.  rpm died while trying to write on /proc during
installation of linux_base.
