As you'll no doubt be told, this should probably be posted on questions,
but...

Since you're running lilo, edit your /etc/lilo.conf
Add the following
other=/dev/hdX  (whatever partition is holding FreeBSD, for example, if
it's on the second partition of your first hard drive it'd be /dev/hda2)

table=/dev/hda
label=FreeBSD

Then run lilo
/sbin/lilo

You should be set
