Thanks.  RELENG_4 is done.  I hope I don't get the translation teams 
too annoyed by committing to "their" areas.  :-)

OK.  Actually, I *think* we can just say "manpath=XFree86" and 
"manpath=NetBSD" and they'll use the latest versions.  man.cgi has 
always been a bit of a mystery to me.
