Then I was able to leave ddb back to the working system.
P.S.
What about to start netdumpsrv from rc.d ? It's very simple.
%%%
#!/bin/sh
#
# $FreeBSD$
#
# PROVIDE: netdumpsrv
# REQUIRE: NETWORKING
# KEYWORD: shutdown
. /etc/rc.subr
name="netdumpsrv"
rcvar=`set_rcvar`
command="/usr/sbin/${name}"
pidfile="/var/run/${name}.pid"
load_rc_config $name
run_rc_command "$1"
