Yeah.  It's things like Independence Day, Memorial Day, Christmas, etc. 

I'd post the complete list but for some reason, our payroll calendar is 
marked "Confidential".  :-p

Hmmm.  That's pretty interesting.  You can do that if you work for a car
company here (a friend of mine works for a department of BMW, nice!).
But other than that, such arrangements are pretty unusual.
