Every two or three days the machine crashes. I enabled KDB and here is the screen: kernel trap 12_ page fault with interrupts enabled fatel trap 12: page fault while in kernel mode cpuid=0 apic id=00 fault virtual address=0x8 fault code=supervisor write, page not present <pointers> processor flags=resume,iopl=0 current process = 1 (init) [thread 100002] stopped at sleepq_add + 0x66:movl ... Its everytime the same output, before I enabled debugging it looked like this: <snip> current process=1 (init) trap number=12 panic: page fault cpuid=2 boot() called on cpu #2 Uptime: 2d12h15m24s spin lock sleepq chain held by 0xc1984320 for > 5 seconds There is another strange thing i experienced. As i turned on debugging i limited the physical memory from 512 to 256 MB (new kernel with MAXMEM), the machine works for more than 6d. Afterwards I thought everything might be ok and raised the MAXMEM to 512 MB, one day later the machine crashed with the above message. dmesg of the machine: Copyright (c) 1992-2004 The FreeBSD Project.
