No, just for kdelibs11/qt142 libraries. I've seen no problems if these libraries
are consistent...

Well, I suppose all C++ libraries might have a good need to be using the newer
g++, and it would probably be a good precaution, in case such libraries start
using (for example) namespaces, which are not supported in g++ 2.7.2.3.
