Hangs on the following call auvoxware CALL ioctl(0x3,0x20005001 ,0) which is probably a DSP_SYNC. The card does emit a high pitched whine though. Killing the server and doing a few cat's to /dev/audio then causes the machine to crash. Note that I am attempting to run this in eight bit mode. Hardware config as follows......
