Good to know, thanks.

I'm looking forward to:

https://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:16:*/base_latest/

once they are in place. I probably will not start
to use:

https://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:15:*/base_latest/

(stable/15) instead of FreeBSD:14:* until:

https://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:15:*/base_release_0/

is in place. (But, for now, the

https://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:15:*/base_*/

are not updating to after 2025-Sep-04 anyway.)

I'm also looking forward to pkg 2.3.0 and later:

beefy18 with pkg 2.2.2 took 428:49:20 to finish building 36318
port-packages for main-am64-default (latest) after the
from-scratch "Only 519 queued/built" run.

ampere2 with pkg 2.2.2 took 506:30:03 to finish building 35240
port-packages for main-aarch64-default (latest) after the
from-scratch "Only 514 queued/512 built" run.

Getting back to the shorter build times for main-* will be
nice.
