Subject: PCMCIA ethernet cards

The FreeBSD HARDWARE.TXT files says that FreeBSD supports two
kinds of PCMCIA ethernet cards: the 3com 3c589 PCMCIA card and
some "IBM/National Semiconductor" PCMCIA cards.

It doesn't say which "IBM/National Semiconductor" cards are
supported. Apparently the IBM EtherJet card isn't one of them.

Could someone explain exactly which cards are supported and
perhaps suggest other cards for which drivers are available?
Cards supported by the FreeBSD bootstrap/installation floppy
are preferred.

Thanks,
