All nameservers that carry Internet domains must be registered with the 
corresponding registry first (e.g. if you want to name your machine 
mydns1.y0urd0main.com and you have registered that domain with Dotster you 
will have to use the web form on the Dotster site to enable mydns1 to be 
used for hosting an internet domain.)

So all interesting nameservers are known beforehand. But this seems to be 
better suited for another list.. ;)
