 About Problem Report conf/23192,
 I cant send more than 14k/s with my xl card, and with my rl0 dont send more
than 10k/s.
 I have this problem in two PCs, that only have a same procesor (AMD), other
parts are different. This problem happen in a 4.4 and a 4.5 stable.
