I've gotten this kind of attachment from users who use Micro$oft 
Outlook.  I have no idea how to decipher it, nor to I know when it occurs 
and when it does not.  In any case, it's extremely annoying and 
demonstrates the complete disregard Micro$oft has for keeping established 
standards intact.
