Ok, I was able to figure this out the cause of the crash. I had a number of entries in /etc/shells from some odd port builds I had been doing. When I cleaned this up, the core dump went away. I haven't had a chance to look much farther than this, but somewhere in there it doesn't like /etc/shells with lots of entries :) If somebody wants to look into this great, otherwise sorry about the noise. -- Kris Moore PC-BSD Software
