I built a SMP kernel and attached an AIT drive. The kernel sees the drive
but I cannot access it. I don't understand this problem. Looks to me the
tape drive should be working. Below is the output of various commands.
Help would be appreciated.

Please reply directly as I am not subscribed to this list.

BTW, I can access the disk drive on the controller.
